Assistant Treasury Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the Club's daily treasury operations and ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital requirements. This role requires strict adherence to internal policies and controls to ensure all treasury activities are compliant. The Assistant Treasury Manager will collaborate with various business units to optimize cash flow, manage financial risks, and provide analytical support for treasury-related decision making processes. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Job

You will:

• Perform daily cash management functions, including determining the cash positions, executing deposit placements, foreign exchange transactions, loan administration, funds transfers and occasional fixed income securities transactions.
• Ensure all treasury activities are fully compliant with the Club's policies, guildelines and internal controls.
• Work closely with other business units to enhance the accuracy of short- to medium-term cash forecasting.
• Perpare periodic treasury reports for senior management review.
• Develop financial models for cash flow forecasting, hedging strategies, and other scenario analyzes.
• Regularly review and update treasury policies to ensure ongoing compliance and that appropriate controls are in place for all key treasury functions and activities.
• Provide ad-hoc support as assigned by the Treasurer and Senior Treasury Manager.

About You

You should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
• 5-7 years of treasury experiences within corporate or financial institutions
• Solid understanding in cash & liquidity management, as well as financial risk management
• Good knowledge of money market instruments, foreign exchange, derivatives and fixed income securities transactions
• Strong proficiency in treasury management systems and data analytics software
• Familarity with Bloomberg is an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
