Business Planning - Division Staff
Job Summary
The role is focused on coordinating divisional projects, including initiatives related to cultural transformation and staff engagement activities. The job holder will develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aimed at driving sustainable growth across various business segments. Key functions include managing project timelines, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Major Tasks
- Support MBP Team in Business Planning and Budgeting

- Support the team in development and update of the 5-year plan in alignment with Membership Business Planning objectives
- Work closely with the team to establish criteria and a systematic approach for prioritising business initiatives, including CAPEX and/or Operational Initiatives
- Coordinate the annual planning and budgeting (and reforecasting) process across Membership BU
- Organise divisional level performance reviews process
- Support MBP Team in KPI Setting, Monitoring and Reporting
- Orchestrate the activities below across individual teams of the division
- Ensure the alignment of KPIs across the BU in the division
- Set KPI targets and provide monthly KPI result tracking via Tableau dashboarding
- Cascade divisional KPIs to next level
- Divisional Communication and Management Activities Support
- Prepare materials and scheduling for Club-wide Committee meetings
- Support the divisional staff/ management activities such as Retreat/ Townhall/ Annual party etc
- Team Administration and PMO Support
- Perform team and project administration functions
- Assist MBP team for PMO function
- Maintain proper filing system for divisional planning and project documents
Experience
- A university degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years of demonstrable experience in performing business planning, budgeting/ finance and performance management in service, hi-tech or financial industry. Background in hospitality business would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated organisational and multi-tasking ability working in a face-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders both within and outside of the division
- Proven project administration / support experience on sizable projects – highly preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
