Carpark Assistant

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of various facilities within the Club, including car parks and lifts. The job holder involves monitoring the condition of these facilities and promptly reporting any issues that may affect operations. The job holder provides quality service to customers, fostering a courteous and welcoming environment. Additionally, the job holder performs any other related duties as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of all facility users.

Job Profile Definition

Providing operational support and customer service within the Club's various facilities, such as car parks, lifts, and general premises. The job holder involves overseeing the use of these facilities, ensuring they are clean, secure, and functioning properly. Attendants may direct vehicular traffic, assist with parking, operate lifts, provide information to guests, and monitor the entry and exit of visitors. They play a crucial job holder in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment, addressing any immediate maintenance or safety issues, and reporting to supervisors as necessary.

The Job

You will:

  • Operate the car park system and control the entrance/ exit point
  • Direct traffic and guide car park users to the appropriate parking location
  • Patrol the car park and report irregular matters. (Include malfunction of equipment and facilities defects)
  • Handle customer enquiries and report to the supervisor
  • Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and efficiently and report the case to daily log
  • Set up traffic signs/ cones/ instructions to meet the operational needs
  • Assist on collecting and consolidating parking data from parking system
  • Assist on daily administration and clerical work
  • Assist to report and follow up all incidents happened in carpark areas
  • Perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours (06:30 – 15:30 / 15:30 – 00:30) and race meetings.

About You

You should have:

  • Form 5 / HKDSE graduated or above
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably gained in property management
  • Pro-active and customer oriented with good interpersonal skills and good communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
  • Possession of valid HKSAR Driving Licence (code 1, 2) will be an advantage
  • Possession of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) will be an advantage
  • Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours (required working on Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday)

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
