Human Resources Officer (1-year contract)
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for 1) System BAU Support - assisting in supporting all HR systems and provide professional advice to users, 2) HR project support – assisting in delivery of project related items from requirements definition through to implementation and change management, driving process re-engineering initiatives, 3) Robotics Process Automation (RPA) – assisting in supporting user requirement collection and user acceptance test and 4) Administration support - responsible for procurement and project funding process follow up.
The Job
- Responsible for daily HR Information Systems administration, liaison with key stakeholders within P&OD and from line departments (HK & all entities in PRC)
- Support HRSM/AHRM in delivering different project items
- Support RPA development in PDLC such as user requirement collection, testing and deployment (HK & all entities in PRC)
- Responsible for follow up of system related procurement and its schedule
About You
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Business Information System or related discipline area
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in supporting HR Systems or HR system projects
- Independent, Proactive & Self-motivated
- Good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure
- Experience on UiPath RPA, DocuSign and SuccessFactors will be advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level)
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
