Investigator - Racing Staff

Job Summary

The Security, integrity and Information Security Division (SIIS) is responsible for preventing and detecting activities that may post risks to the Club. The job holder's main duty is to respond to security incidents happening in race meetings and to perform monitoring duties during race meetings with a view to detecting activities which may breach the rules/regulations of the Club and/or the Laws of Hong Kong. 

Major Tasks

• Respond to security incidents, emergencies and alarms during race meetings, provide incident information to Race Course Security Room.
• Support the Duty Security Manager by conducting preliminary handling or investigation at scene.
• Support in crowd management during events ro ensure safety if all Racing Officials, VIPs, Club employees and customers.
• Conduct observation during the arrival/departure of VIPs as assigned by Duty Security Manager.
• Monitor and supervise performance of race meeting deployed contract security to provide excellent service to our customers during race meetings.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Security Manager.

Education

Qualifications

Valid Security Personnel Permit with Category Code B

Experience

A minimum of 4 years working experience in a law enforcement agency, or equivalent.
