Maintenance Technician I (Shatin Quarters)

The Job

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of builder’s work, plumbing and drainage, electrical work, air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Handling emergencies Building Facilities System.
  • Control and monitoring contractors’ maintenance/repair quality and progress, coordinate repair-related work, and ensure their work complies with Club’s guidelines and requirements.
  • Perform other tasks related to the Club
  • On roster shift and subject to overtime work in case of emergencies.

 

About You

  • Hold a Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Installation/Building Services Engineering or possess equivalent qualifications.
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A and Green Card
  • Holder of Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) driving licence is an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the operation and maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Working experience in residential maintenance and repair is an advantage
