Manager, Mainland Projects
Job Summary
The Club has setup of a new Strategic Project for the integrated Conghua Racecourse (‘CRC’) business which involves consolidating various business and functional workstreams to enable a cohesive and sustainable strategy for the integrated CRC business model, and establish business requirements and timeline.
The Job
You will:
- Support end-to-end project management during retail product design and launch preparation phase, including timeline development & update, risk/issue log maintenance and follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support to work with Finance to continuously update the business case with design inputs, financial projections, and launch readiness metrics to ensure commercial viability post-launch; conduct desk-top research for benchmark information and data.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with external vendors (e.g., product designers, OEMs, distributors/logistics partners) and internal teams to align on project milestones and secure buy-in.
- Assist in managing cross-over partnerships with a national-grade museum as a start, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate campaigns and communication strategies to promote initiatives across various channels.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate activities, and facilitate effective communication to achieve project goals.
- Other new development initiatives’ project business case support to apply above description.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.
About You
You should have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of at least 6-8 years of working experience.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dynamic design
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and project management tools and digital & AI tools
- Language proficiency in mandarin (native), Cantonese (native / professional), and English (professional)
- Knowledge or experience in the Mainland China business environment is a plus
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable initiatives and design
- Proficiency in retail product design, retail shopping experience (online and offline), product GTM, distribution network establishment
- Resources and profound understanding of ESG, social enterprises, foundations in China, B2B sales
- Ability to pivot with agility, track and follow up with diligence
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
