Manager, Membership Learning and Development
Job Summary
Major Tasks
You will:

Support the execution of Learning and Development strategy which elevates the Club to the provision of World Class training.

Contribute to identify, analyse and review training needs of Business Units under Membership and to formulate the Membership Curriculum with clear career path development.

Design, plan, deliver quality Membership-specific learning and development programme to address the learning gaps identified in the training needs analysis.

Conduct on-boarding and other learning programmes in multi-platform, including virtual classroom and web-based.

Equip, manage, and support Elite Trainers to ensure effective training delivery on-site.

Keep track of the measurable results/metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive for continuous improvement.

Manage external learning programme providers to deploy learning interventions and monitor training delivery to ensure effectiveness.

Perform as value-added business partner with Business Units to provide professional suggestions in the area of learning & development, talent management and career management.

Partner with Quality Assurance Team to identify areas where T&D can fulfil the gap of our service capability to lead to service brand excellence.

Collaborate with different stakeholders, e.g. engagement team to identify learning and development engagement initiatives to nurture learning culture and encourage Seaming.

Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by Membership Operations.
Experience
-
Degree with minimum of 8 to 10 years solid experience in Learning and Development, preferably with Hospitality Industry experience.

Ability to implement and manage a comprehensive training cycle independently
Education
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Certified in branded training products and psychometric tools is an advantage
