Manager, Membership Operations and Efficiency Support

Job Summary

Understand data but also the operational realities of running successful outlets such as: F&B, Sports & Leisure and Team member workforce. Responsible for transforming data into actionable strategies that directly enhance profitability, efficiency, and member experience. Perform budget and actual gap analysis, assessing inventory turnover, and identifying key drivers for optimizing gross profit. Engage in change management initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency by enhancing workflow and process efficiency or system upgrades. 

The Job

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on transactional and member verbatim supporting the Operations to identify opportunities to enhance the Member Experience 
  • Deliver dynamic dashboards and analytics to support strategic business decision-making  
  • Analyze workforce data to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with operational demand 
  • Monitor key metrics and derive diagnostic analysis with transactional data and datasets across different systems 
  • Initiate and implement Robotics Processing Automation process flow to raise operation efficiency and ensure data integrity 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities on day-to-day process flows  

About You

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years working experience: Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders with effective communication
  • Experience in a customer-/member-centric operations will be a plus; preferably in F&B and hospitality industries (not mandatory)
  • Possess knowledge and solid experience in Excel, SQL and data management and data visualization is a must. Knowledge in SAS / VBA / Python / Power Bi / Tableau will be a plus .
  • Strong analytical and strategic mind-set and problem-solving skillset. Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in Project Management / Change Management

Terms of employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
