The Division

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

 

The Job

  • Develop and execute owner engagement activities and events at dual site aiming at Owners acquisition and retention
  • Understand the Ownership strategy and be able to translate it into relevant content for owners engagement events
  • Overseeing assigned event, monitor event timeline and communicate with internal departments and external parties for the operation execution
  • Track campaign and activities efficiency and effectiveness through insights and learnings to derive recommendation for future campaign improvement
  • Prepare and control budget for owners activities and events. Responsible for purchase requests submissions and related accounting follow up
  • Maintain good relationship with horse owners, handle Owners enquiries, understand their need and channel feedback and comments to Management proactively and timely
  • Manage ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Support raceday duties in Hong Kong and China

 

About You

  • A degree in Marketing, PR, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years or above solid hands-on working experience in event management, marketing & PR, preferably in marketing agency or luxury business
  • Proven experience in event management, acquisition marketing/ CRM
  • Strong negotiation skillset as a natural communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer centric, detailed oriented and strong problem-solving mindsets
  • Passionate and energetic; ability to motivate team and self; open to take up challenge
  • Flexible in working hours, including non office hour, weekend and public holidays
  • Presentable, mature, team player with positive and professional attitude
