PT Administration Assistant (Car Park)
The Department
Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
The Job
You will:
- patrol the car park and report irregular matters
- provide facilities services and administrative support to the team
- direct traffic and instruct car owners to the appropriate parking location
- operate the car park facilities and control the entrance/ exit point
- handle customer enquiries and report to the supervisor
About You
You should have:
- form 5 or equivalent
- good interpersonal skill, be proactive and customer-oriented
- good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Pay-rate
-
HK$86.5 per hour
Working Location
- Shatin and Happy Valley Racecourses
Working Hours
- Saturday/ Sunday - 10:00 to 19:00
- Wednesday - 15:30 to 23:30
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
