Job Summary
The Hong Kong Jockey Club
Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.
The Division
The Corporate Affairs (CA) Division strengthens the strategic development and positioning of the Club as a world-class racing club and charity organisation, through engaging key stakeholders in both Hong Kong and the Mainland, and maintaining efficient and effective corporate communications.
The Job
- Collaborate with the Archives Team to conduct research as assigned
- Support digitization projects, including scanning, photographing, and indexing archival materials
- Assist in the processing of archival collections, including physical arrangement, data entry, and stocktaking
- Provide general office support as required
About You
- Tertiary education in a related discipline.
- Knowledge of history; prior experience in archives or museum settings will be an advantage
- Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail

Pay-rate:
HK$86.5 per hourWork Hours:
Required to work 2 to 3 weekdays per week, subject to operational needs and scheduling.Work Location:
