Job Summary
The Hong Kong Jockey Club
Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.
The Division
The Corporate Affairs (CA) Division strengthens the strategic development and positioning of the Club as a world-class racing club and charity organisation, through engaging key stakeholders in both Hong Kong and the Mainland, and maintaining efficient and effective corporate communications.
The Job
- Assist in implementing youth sports programme activities
- Provide clerical support to the team
About You
- Tertiary education or higher diploma in a relevant field such as Sports Science, Physical Education, Event Management, Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, event implementation support or a similar role, preferably within sizable organisations
- Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Enjoy sports and studied a sports-related subject would be preferred
- Outgoing personality and willing to work outdoor
- Willing to work over-time, weekends and public holiday
