Racing Product Officer (Systems)

The Job

You will:

• Compile overseas racing records of horses competing in HK and overseas simulcast races, including data collection, manipulation and upload to related systems (Racing Information System / Simulcast Form Guide Systems);
• Assist in maintenance and development of Racing Information and Simulcast Form Guide System including requirement study, acceptance testing and documentation;
• Compile and deliver simulcast form guide content in a timely manner to various channels;
• Assist in performing handicapping, race planning and racing information production functions;
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the line manager

About You

You should have:

• Bachelor degree preferably in computer-related subjects
• Working experience preferably in a relevant capacity
• Detail-mindedness to ensure accuracy and completeness of the deliverables
• Commitment to work in non-standard office hours mainly to coincide with European time zone
• An interest in horse racing as a sport and business
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience in MS Access applications and/ or Excel VBA will be an added advantage

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
