The Department
The job holder is pivotal in delivering financial analysis, planning, control, and accounting services to support the Club's evolving business needs. This job holder is responsible for ensuring compliance with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Capex policies, maintaining adequate control measures across all key accounting functions. Key responsibilities include processing inquiries, payments, and invoices accurately and timely, performing month-end and year-end closings, preparing balance sheet materials, and supporting both internal and external audits.
The Job
- Perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Capex duties, ensuring all inquiries, payments, bills, and invoices are processed accurately and timely.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing for both internal control and statutory compliance purposes.
- Prepare aging analysis and identify any potential risks according to the Club Finance Policy.
- Prepare balance sheet review material for senior management.
- Support internal and external audit exercises.
- Participate in process reviews.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by preparing monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
About You
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
