Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

The Division

The Charities and Community (C&C) Division manages strategic planning, grant donations, impactful project initiation, community engagement, and the day-to-day operations of the HKJC Charities Trust. C&C works with the Government, NGOs, and community partners to proactively identify root causes of social issues and address them through innovative approaches and cross-sectoral collaboration.

The Job

• Support the implementation of payment process enhancements and grantee-related initiatives, including preparation of documentation and communication materials.
• Conduct data analysis and support ongoing review of payment operations to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in reviewing claims, reports, and related documentation to ensure completeness and alignment with established guidelines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Audit, project teams) on operational matters and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Maintain proper records, trackers, and documentation to support governance and audit requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by seniors.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 10+ years' of relevant experience, preferably with experience in consulting, internal audit, social sciences and/or market research fields
• Good understanding of philanthropic topics, including local social issues and trends, latest international philanthropic trends, tools, and resources
