Senior Owners Services Sales Officer
Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Owners Services, the Senior Owners Services Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales of the club's premium owners box offerings, improving owner retention and reactivation, and increasing the lifetime value of owners. This involves implementing effective customer engagement and loyalty programs, optimizing seat and table utilization, cross-selling the broader range of owners products and services, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform targeted strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, deep industry knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in the equine racing sector. In this important role, the Senior Owners Services Sales Officer will make valuable contributions to the overall success and growth of the club’s owners services offerings.
The Job
You will:

Develop and Execute Targeted Sales Strategies
- Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to promote premium owners box offerings and maximize seat and table utilization
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to broader range of owners products and services to maximize customer lifetime value

Owner Retention and Reactivation
- Develop comprehensive retention and reactivation programs to keep existing owners engaged and active
- Utilize customer lifecycle analytics to gain insights and inform targeted retention initiatives

Data-Driven Sales Strategy Development
- Analyze owner data, including sales pipeline, activity metrics, and lifetime value indicators, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

Collaborative Innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as owners services and event marketing, to create compelling owner-centric offerings and seamless customer experiences
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencies

Records Management and Compliance
- Meticulously maintain sales records, pipeline data, and key performance indicators within the MCRM system
- Ensure all activities adhere to club’s regulations and policies

Sales Performance and Quota Achievement
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets for owners boxes and related services
- Adapt sales strategies as needed to adapt to evolving market conditions and owners’ needs

Undertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager
About You
You should have:
- A university degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in sales, client management, or business development roles within high-end goods and services, sports and entertainment or membership-based organizations/clubs
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a discerning clientele
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics reports to derive insights and drive targeted sales and retention strategies
- Previous experience as sales/business development or in equine operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Creative and innovative mindset to develop new sales and retention strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Professional manner on handling confidential information
- Strong PC skills with a focus on Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese, which includes Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge of horse racing an advantage
