Talent Acquisition Officer, Human Resources (1-year contract)

Job Summary

The People and Organisational Development Division leads people strategies and in collaboration with its business partners, builds an achievement culture to achieve sustainable business growth.  The department aims to ensure a fit between the people and the overall strategic direction of the Club.

 

The job holder will deliver high quality talent acquisition coordination services for designated business portfolios and work with the respective Talent Acquisition Recruiter on interview arrangement, follow-up on interview feedback, job opening and posting, candidate assessment administration, and payment of agency invoices, etc.

 

The job holder is expected to deliver high quality services to all business units and ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the process. He/ she will also be a key member in driving HR efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the standardisation and simplification of process follow.

The Job

  • Act as a TA coordinator to provide support to TA recruiter for the designated divisions/ functions on resourcing operations
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless process
  • Post jobs on internal and external platforms and job boards in a timely manner to ensure speed-to-market
  • Build relationships and communicate in timely and proactive manner with respective recruiters on updates, changes and/ or issues for assigned tasks.
  • Perform with team work spirit in ensuring tasks are carried out to a high standard and completed within service level agreements (SLAs), e.g. turnaround time, accuracy and hiring manager/ candidate experience.
  • Support process improvement initiatives in order to deliver efficiencies and benefits to internal clients.
  • With guidance of supervising manager, provide perspective in the existing business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures to identify areas of improvement
  • Assist manager to work with key stakeholders to determine areas for optimization; develop solutions to continuously improve and streamline processes and to develop value adding enhancements

About You

  • Bachelor degree in Business, HR or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination environment, preferably handling a high volume of transactions
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels within the organization as well as engage with external partners
  • In-depth, hands-on experience in HR or TA functional capabilities
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail oriented and skilled in problem solving
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
