Technology Project Manager
Job Summary
The job holder will contribute to the Club's strategic initiatives by supporting the development and implementation of key projects and programs aimed at fostering a data-driven culture and enhancing operational effectiveness. This includes overseeing complex, cross-divisional projects to ensure alignment with the Club's goals, delivering social and economic value, and facilitating the adoption of innovative solutions. By providing analytical support and strategic insights, the job holder enhances decision-making processes and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The job holder will also engage with various teams to ensure initiatives align with organizational objectives, share best practices in strategic planning, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Major Tasks
- Alignment integrates business plans across departments to ensure consistency with the organization strategic objectives.
- Collaboration fosters teamwork among functions to share insights, data, and forecasts, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Forecasting employs data-driven methods to anticipate demand and supply needs, enabling proactive planning and agility.
- Resource Management aligns resources such as budgets, personnel, and inventory with strategic goals to optimize outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring establishes KPIs to assess progress and inform necessary adjustments.
- Continuous Improvement encourages regular review and refinement of processes to adapt to performance outcomes and market changes.
Education
Bachelor degree in business or other related disciplines

Qualifications
Professional qualifications in finance / project management a plus.
