Web Publishing Officer

Job Summary

This job holder will support web exposure and/or content operations across the Club's official websites, as well as operational issues related to campaigns. The individual is responsible for delivering assigned operational tasks in good quality and in a timely manner. The job holder will actively pre-empt issues and manage / alleviate risks on a daily basis, including but not limited to on-site web incident management, which involves impact assessment, escalation, mitigation, and communication. Additionally, this role may include conducting research and data analysis to identify business opportunities.

Major Tasks

Provide operational support to the Club's various digital channels or websites, including content publishing and updates.
Conduct live or video streaming of relevant programs or events.
Implement brand and marketing strategies to achieve business goals, drive traffic to the Club's digital channels and enhance user experience on digital platforms.
Coordinate with different teams or business units on publishing task requests, ensuring quality assurance on published content and implementing user ability tests.
Work with IT on incident handling and responding to customer inquiries.
Ensure timely updates of materials to effectively reach target audiences.
Perform UAT, prepare training materials and conduct user training as needed.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities when required.
Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and derive insights for improvement when required.
Ensure compliance with the Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all legal requirements related to wagering, protecting the integrity of the Club's business.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
