The Division

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

 

The Job

  • Submit HK customs declaration through ROCARS system
  • Work with PRC team to submit China customs declaration through ARI system
  • Align and obtain the customs documentation from various departments such as horse health certificate & import permit
  • Support the import and export activities for cross border horse movement timely in compliance with all laws and customs regulations
  • Assist reporting Manager in the documentation of cross border horse movement
  • Document all the relevant paperwork and keep filing
  • Manage roster and standby/ active duty schedules of cross border articulated drivers, and keep track the number of days staying in China for each driver
  • Support the establishment of the Cross border horse movement Standard Operation Procedures and employee handbook for drivers, detailing operating procedures and defining of roles and responsibilities

 

About You

  • A degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in cross-border logistics, transportation, import & export operations, gained from reputable and sizable companies
  • Hands-on experience with licensing and customs requirements for cross-border logistics
  • Familiarity with transportation of customs-regulated cargo and strong connections with key stakeholders
  • Understanding of safety compliance requirements related to cross-border transport
  • Knowledge of import/export license requirements to and from China is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of using the ROCARS system
