Assistant Charities Manager/ Senior Officer (Talent Management and Training)
Job Summary
Reporting to the Deputy Executive Manager, the job holder will have the primary duty to support the Manager for divisional talent management and training initiatives for staff, Assistant Executives and MTs of the Charities & Communities division.
Major Tasks
- To support the Deputy Executive Manager in managing and handling of divisional people development initiatives including talent development and training support for Charities and Community Division.
- To support the talent development and training team on the coordination and administration of the learning system, change management & training analysis to achieve a sustainable talent pipeline.
- To partner with cross teams in the development of the best practices and functional guidelines to support divisional staff onboarding & continuous development for fast track of performance and capability development.
- To work closely, maintain smooth cooperation and ensure regular communications with other divisions and departments for divisional initiatives.
- To support divisional transformation initiatives, and cross-team collaboration effort and carry out other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines
Experience
- Detailed minded and ability to work independently, embrace inclusiveness with partners with dynamic background
- Be attentive to details and able to multi-task
- Strong in MS office skills, excel and sensitive with numbers
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
