Assistant UIUX Design Manager
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for managing development projects focused on digital products or services, which involves overseeing product delivery management, defining content requirements, and driving user-interface and user experience design based on customer insights. In this capacity, the job holder is expected to create site architectures, user flows, and wireframes that enhance the overall digital experience for both end-customers and internal users. Additionally, key responsibilities include coaching a team of digital designers, implementing best practices in design, and ensuring that all digital products not only meet business needs but also provide a seamless and engaging user experience.
Major Tasks
- Manage and oversee development projects related to digital transformation across various platforms, including mobile apps and websites.
- Gather and translate requirements from business users into effective digital solutions that enhance user experience.
- Participate in product development activities, including user research, UX/UI design, usability testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Create wireframes, site architectures, and interactive prototypes to support design and development efforts.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to define specifications, timelines, and deliverables for digital projects.
- Assess and analyze customer experience data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements, particularly regarding responsible gambling practices.
- Support product launches and upgrades, coordinating with marketing and communication teams as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital design and technology to inform project work.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in design.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines.
Qualifications
Project management skills with PMP certification being highly preferred
