The Department 有關部門

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

本會飲食部於跑馬地及沙田會所、跑馬地及沙田馬場、和上水雙魚河鄉村會所，為顧客提供多元化及優質餐飲服務，現誠意邀請對餐飲服務有興趣及具備有關工作經驗的人才加入。

The Job 職責內容

1. Maintain the CSS daily operations through providing excellent cleaning services to keep all functional areas, equipment and utensils clean by following the cleaning schedules and/or instructions of superior ensuring meeting the sanitation standards as per the Club's policy and HACCP guidelines. Specific tasks include:
   • Performing routine cleaning tasks or specific cleaning works for back-of-the-house area or in venues as assigned.
   • Cleaning soiled operating equipment, pots and pans.
   • Delivering operating equipment duly cleaned to designated area.
   • Cleaning up kitchen area including hydro vents.
   • Clearing garbage.
   • Cleaning garbage chambers.
   • Refilling paper hand towel and hand soap for hand wash stations in the kitchens and service pantries.
   • Exchanging and recording sanitizers as required.
   • Checking and recording dishwashing machine temperature, and reporting any irregularities to supervisor.
   • Changing water for dishwashing machine.
   • Maintaining cleanliness of the work places at all times.
   • Maintaining good relationship with team members and other departments at all times.
   • Carrying out weekly and periodical cleaning as per schedules for kitchen equipment especially for high risk items, fridges, shelves and cabinets.
2. 主任不在崗的情況下擔任代理主任，確保會所前堂和後勤的清潔。
3. 以團隊主管的身份向其他餐飲服務員分配任務，並向他們提供協助。
4. 為新進的員工提供在職培訓。
5. 監督任務的進度，確保任務按時完成，並符合既定的標準。
6. 在日常運行中擔當起總餐飲助理的職責。
7. 負責特別及深入清潔專案的技術性工作。
8. 向會員提供一切力所能及的幫助。
9. 向主任報告出現的任何異樣情況。
10. 協助主任開展預防性維護並做好所有維護設備的記錄工作。
11. 協助控制所有設備及供給物資的發放及返還。
12. 定期檢查清潔用品的庫存情況，確保它們可以滿足運營的需要。按照獲得批准的申請單，集中並發放供給物資。
13. 確保支援品德庫存充足。
14. 隨時監控工具與設備的工作狀態。
15. 根據既定的規範，每月對所有的清潔用品、供給物資和設備進行消耗狀況統計與庫存清點。每月更新員工的出勤記錄。
16. 每日登記和存放找到的失物；一旦出現異常情況，立刻向主任匯報。
17. 隨時承擔主任或更高級級別領導交辦的其他任務。

About You 入職要求

• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in stewarding gained in clubs or hotels
• Good knowledge of HACCP, cleaning machine and dishwasher operation as well as cleaning chemicals application
• Good Chinese communication skills
• 至少三年在會所或酒店的經驗
• 了解HACCP、清潔機器操作以及清潔化學品和用品應用
• 良好的中文溝通技巧和社交技能
