Manager, Customer Insights
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to conduct customer research, analyzing customer behavior and preferences, identifying target customer segments within the market. The job holder is pivotal in optimizing customer engagement, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable business growth by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics and customer preferences.
Major Tasks
- Responsible for developing long-term budget plan, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate progress, translating the overall strategy into tactical plans to achieve the club's goal and objectives
- Deploy resources effectively to maximize customer satisfaction while optimizing return and cost-efficiency to the Club. Drive and ensures service quality
- Work closely with PMO and help manage the cross functional stakeholder relationships; project plan and implementation
- Develop appropriate implementation marketing plans in terms of the business requirements, objectives, governance model, risk mitigation, SOP, and post implementation administration
- Track marketing milestones and ensure the plan carried out is within the budget, in line with business goal and achieved the target set. To closely monitor the external environment and make changes to the marketing strategies accordingly
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop required documents, not limited to presentation, design brief, approval paper, and business case to facilitate the renovation projects to happen
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the corporate sector.
- Manage and expand existing corporate clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club's business
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager
Education
Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related discipline
