Racing Wagering Specialist
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to assist in the marketing and customer communication initiatives content planning, creation and promotion for wagering products to achieve business objectives. S/he should be able to liaise with agency and cross-functional teams independently and collaboratively. S/he must possess good project management skill with attention to details and timeline.
Major Tasks
- Develop marketing plans and drive special projects for Lottery, Horse Race Betting Products, and Football products and services.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives for wagering products and services, analyzing and improving their performance.
- Assist in planning and crafting wagering marketing content and maintaining the publishing calendar for internal and external media.
- Analyze customer behaviors to understand their needs and preferences for targeted program formulation.
- Collaborate with segment teams to maximize synergy for customer reach and program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of mobile app enhancements and deliver quality marketing collaterals.
- Work with other marketing teams to ensure alignment of content direction.
- Follow through on campaigns or projects assigned, ensuring quality deliverables in a timely manner.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, prepare business reports, and ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and legal requirements.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Education
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines.
