Senior Bartender - Racecourses

The Department

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

The Job

You will:

• Deliver excellent beverage services to our Members and their guests in premium dining restaurant
• Assist captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant
• Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
• Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the beverage for restaurant
• Work location at Happy Valley Racecourse & Sha Tin Racecourse 

About You

You should have:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese, English is an advantage
• At least 1 year's relevant experience gained in hotels, clubhouses, or premium restaurants
• Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer, and food and beverage laws and regulations
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
• Ability to keep the bar clean and stocked. Ability to stand, walk and bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 10 kgs.

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
