Senior Design Officer

Job Summary

Major Tasks

• Work independently and efficiently for alterations/additions and renovation projects involving interior and architectural design from project inception to handover
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external consultants and contractors, as well as service providers and internal working team / internal users for the above works
• Prepare and produce design drawings and details by using industrial standard and best practices
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and statutory requirement for capital works projects, minor renovations, furniture reconfiguration, etc.
• Coordinate to maintain up-to-date architectural and building services layout plans, control documents and drawings registry
• Perform other duties as assigned by EMPDM or her delegates
• Review and comment on consultant/contractor submissions
• Assist in tendering process
