Job Summary
The job holder plays a critical role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to support the organization's strategic objectives. The main responsibilities are to lead the team in the analysis of business performance, facilitate decision-making, and optimize operational efficiency by leveraging data analytics methodologies, to transform raw data into actionable strategies. Key functions include overseeing the in-depth data analysis, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop actionable insights, and managing projects that enhance data governance and quality controls.
Major Tasks
- Lead in-depth data analyses to provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance.
- Oversee the development and delivery of revenue forecasts and projections based on key business drivers and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and provide analytics support.
- Manage the development and maintenance of comprehensive reporting systems and dashboards that facilitate operational decision-making.
- Coordinate and oversee complex analytics-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth in data analytics and leadership skills.
- Ensure adherence to data quality and governance practices to maintain the integrity of analytical outputs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continually enhance departmental capabilities.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.
Education
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as business, finance, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related fields.
