Senior Racing Instructor

The Job

You will: 

• Assisting Chief Riding Instructor and Senior Instructor to provide racing instruction and mentorship to trainees.
• Assisting Chief Riding Instructor and Senior Instructor to develop and implement training programs.
• Assisting Assistant Manager, RTTC Stable to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Assisting Fitness Instructor to develop suitable training programs.
• Act as Warden and to stay at RTTC Hostel. 
• Assisting and evaluating trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assisting in organizing school events and activities.
• Assisting in delivering RTTC vision and mission to the public when visiting RTTC stable.

About You

You should have: 

• Holder of Certificate in Racing (Riding)
• Extensive experience in racing instruction.
• Proven track record of successful training and mentorship.
• Strong understanding of racing techniques and safety measures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
