The Division - Property Department

The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

Job Summary 職位概要

The Job 職責內容

• Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV, ELV, Racing, and IT systems.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to deliver quality services and minor improvement works.
• Support race day of both ST and HV sites, ensuring smooth system performance.
• Monitor service standards, maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in emergency response and system recovery when required.
• 支援影音視聽系統（AV）、超低電壓系統（ELV）、賽事系統及資訊科技系統的日常運作、維護及故障排除工作。
• 監督預防性及修正性維修工作，確保系統的穩定性及可靠性。
• 協調承辦商及服務供應商，提供優質服務及執行小型改善工程。
• 支援沙田及跑馬地馬場的賽馬日運作，確保系統表現順暢穩定。
• 監察服務水平、維修計劃及營運效率。
• 於有需要時協助緊急應變及系統復原工作。

About You 入職要求

• Certificate holder or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical facilities operation and maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of AV, ELV, and building systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Holder of Driving Licence Classes 1 & 2 and REW Grade A preferred.
• Willing to work across both Sha Tin and Happy Valley Racecourses.
• 持有電子工程、電腦科學、多媒體或相關學科證書或以上學歷。
• 具備最少五年相關技術設施營運及維護工作經驗。
• 熟悉影音視聽系統（AV）、超低電壓系統（ELV）及樓宇系統。
• 具備良好的領導能力、溝通技巧及問題解決能力。
• 持有香港駕駛執照第 1 及第 2 類，以及 A 級註冊電業工程人員（REW Grade A）資格者優先。
• 願意於沙田及跑馬地馬場兩個工作地點工作。
