Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Department

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

The Job

• Arrange for uniform fitting, locker and name tag for new staff.
• Check and ensure that lockers are returned by departing staff.
• Issue uniform to all uniformed staff, mend uniforms and adjust the size to fit individual staff as required.
• Issue tablecloth and napkin to meet operational needs and check the condition of returned linen items.
• Receive and stock-take the returned uniforms, table cloth and napkin from laundry suppliers.
• Arrange for delivery of appropriate uniform and linen to designated business unit for special events.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor

About You

A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in handling uniform and linen supporting services in clubs or hotels.
