Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for the effective administration of daily operations across various facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products to enhance member experiences. The job holder contributes to service excellence and member engagement while achieving business performance and key performance indicators. Key functions include supporting facility services, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and coordinating activities such as cleaning, security, and landscaping.

Major Tasks

  • Maintain facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service quality, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with members, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Conduct research and analyze usage statistics to recommend improvements for programs and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with club standards and standard operating procedures, providing training to staff as necessary.
  • Implement safety measures in accordance with club guidelines to protect members and guests.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets and marketing plans to meet revenue and participation targets.
  • Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance, addressing any irregularities with supervisors.
  • Supervise outsourced teams to ensure quality service delivery in areas such as cleaning, security, and landscaping.
  • Conduct periodic compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Support annual planning activities, including asset reviews and budget preparation.
  • Report incidents and follow up until resolution, ensuring all issues are documented and addressed.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Education

Bachelor degree in Facility Management, Recreation Management, Property Management, or a related discipline.
