Assistant Technical Manager, IT Field Services
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for delivering frontline support, including coordinating day-to-day maintenance works, monitoring a diverse range of systems and applications on a 24/7 basis such as incident management, release management, change orders and project deployment in various functional units.
Major Tasks
- Ensure 24/7 availability of OCB, Telebet, RCs, and ICT systems, targeting over 90% uptime. Monitor and proactively address production incidents to minimize disruptions to critical business systems.
- Support IT teams to meet end-user expectations and fulfill service level agreements.
- Support manager to oversee operational activities to ensure compliance with policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
- Assist to develop and oversee the asset management system to track and maintain the lifecycle of equipment and infrastructure across all remote locations.
Education
Higher Diploma in IT related discipline is preferred.
Qualifications
Professional certificate(s) holder is preferable such as ITIL
