Job Summary
The job holder is to provide safe and reliable transportation for key personnel across various locations in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province. This job holder requires proficiency in operating Club-owned vehicles, including private cars, light goods vehicles (LGV), and private light buses, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining vehicle condition, ensuring punctuality, and delivering high-quality service to enhance the customer experience.
Major Tasks
- Drive Club-owned vehicles to transport key personnel, including the CEO, executive directors, and VIPs, to designated locations in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province.
- Provide safe and punctual transportation services, ensuring timely arrivals at specified destinations.
- Perform simple maintenance and cleaning of vehicles, keeping them in good condition both internally and externally.
- Report any vehicle damage, mechanical failures, or traffic accidents immediately.
- Assist with the delivery of important documents and materials to various locations as needed.
- Utilize good road knowledge and navigation systems to select the safest and quickest driving routes.
- Support race day operations and perform any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and during race meetings as required.
- Backup driving duties for other vehicle operators when necessary.
- Maintain a valid driving license with the appropriate categories for various vehicle types.
Education
Completion of at least Form 3 education level or equivalent.
Qualifications
Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License with classifications 1, 2, and 4; additional classifications such as A2 and C1 from the People's Republic of China are preferred.
