The Divison
The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

 

 

The Job

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of customer service duties in the reception counter, including:
    • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders for all bookings of Pony World activities
    • Manage the Pony World booking system, ensuring the separate mechanisms for school group and public bookings are inter-connected and well maintained
    • Handle walk-in customers and interested parties at Penfold Park who do not have an online booking
    • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of all bookings and horse records
    • Collect payment and keep accurate transaction records
    • Handle enquires/feedback/complaints and manage waiting list
    • Liaise with external stakeholders to promote the equestrian activities
    • Play a proactive approach to communicate with customers to launch new programmes and policies

     

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Pony World customer journey flow, ensuring the highest possible standards of customer service including:
    • Welcoming of visitors to the facility at Pony World
    • Verifying visitors have completed the relevant paperwork (indemnity forms, etc.) prior to beginning activities
    • Provide pro-active guidance and advice to customers and visitors
    • Support fellow team members to ensure a seamless, quality experience
    • Provide logistical support for sessions and visits, including outdoor activities
    • Conducted facility checks and handled venue setup and dismantling to ensure smooth event operations

 

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of administrative duties in the general office, including:
    • Update internal systems to manage session bookings, attendance records and payment transactions
    • Prepare agenda and minutes for the operation meetings with administrative team and coaching team
    • Submit various operating and financial reports to Assistant Administration Manager (Pony World)
    • Coordinate with Equestrian Coaches to ensure the smooth business flow 
    • Offer clerical support to events and equestrian activities
    • Procure materials and supplies to the offices and stables
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to management team for improvement


 

About You

  • Diploma degree or above, or possess other relevant tertiary education qualifications
  • 2 years of experience of administrative support or with Administration/Management/Finance studies qualification
  • Experience in customer service
  • Working experience in equine industry will be an asset
  • Intermediate level in using MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Work under stress and able to meet monthly deadlines
