Equestrian Supervisor

Job Summary

The job holder has to ensure a smooth and efficient stable operation is maintained by performing functions like horse training and care, staffs management, raceday operations and general administration of the stables duties. The job holder will supervise track work activities and to attend emergency duties where needed. He / She will also act as a vital bridge between the Stables Management and the Stables Staff to ensure effective communication is established.

• Preparing staff roster in accordance with operational requirements
• Allocating jobs to subordinates fairly and efficiently
• Supervising staff performance
• Coaching and training subordinates
• Maintaining the highest standard of staff discipline
