Manager, Business Planning and Analytics (Retail)

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for enhancing the Club's strategic initiatives through comprehensive analytics and insights. Reporting to senior management, the job holder focuses on conducting data analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support business planning and performance management. The job holder will develop data workflows and business intelligence tools to analyze key business drivers and assess external trends, quantifying the impact of various initiatives. Key functions include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, managing data governance, and utilizing advanced data visualization techniques.

Major Tasks

  • Maintain and enhance data management processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across departments.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to derive actionable insights and prepare reports that evaluate business performance based on key metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders across various departments to facilitate data-driven decision-making and support business planning initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of analytical projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights that align with business objectives.
  • Set and track KPIs to monitor business performance and provide ongoing assessments.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements in data analytics and contribute innovative ideas to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant policies and legal requirements to maintain the integrity of the Club's operations.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education

Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
