Job Summary
The job holder involves in supporting the development and implementation of programs , driving accountability through policy development, optimizing processes, and providing resources for strategic roadmaps. Responsibilities extend across various divisions and operations, with a focus on transforming the Club into a data-driven organization that enhances customer insights and digital experiences. The job holder also will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Major Tasks
- Liaise with executive offices, project teams, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Analyze business processes and leverage data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and sustainability programs, and assist in preparing key internal documents.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and legal requirements, supporting effective project oversight and accountability.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.
Education
Bachelor degree in business or other related disciplines.
Qualifications
PMP holder is a plus.
