Job Summary
The job holder plays a key role in coordinating and managing various learning and development programmes across divisions and China entities. He/she collaborates closely with HR, line managers and staff in China entities to implement the learning and development initiatives according to the Training Management and Learning China Plan. Working closely with HR, divisional managers and new hires, the job holder is the programme manager for the administration and delivery of the EAE induction series including the induction workshops, domain knowledge training, race-day tours and Club Management Practice workshops. Additionally, he/she supports in formulating, revamping and implementing divisional training programmes and projects. Besides, the job holder also manages the AE Leadership Programme (AELP) and supports the Leadership Excellence (LE) Programme for executives in the Club.
Major Tasks
- Manages the E and AE induction programme; coordinates sessions for E and AE new joiners and divisional speakers to ensure a fulfilling induction experience for participants.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders, e.g. the Racing Division, to manage the race-day tours for new E and AEs.
- Supports in developing and implementing the new Training Management and Learning China Plan by conducting a learning need analysis. Based on the findings, he/she will work with local HR and training vendors to organize the China PME Programme and Pre-AE Competency Programmes.
- Administers different levels of training programmes, including LE, AELP, and Staff Development Training.
- Supports in formulating, revamping and implementing divisional training programmes and projects, such as IT skills assessment and development of stables competency framework.
- Conducts training needs assessment and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Provides advisory support to divisional trainers on leadership training programmes.
- Designs and delivers training programmes when required.
- Involves in Training Management and Learning projects when required.
Education
Bachelor's degree education in HR, Business Management or equivalent.
