Part-time - Membership Assistant II (Retail Operations, Shatin Clubhouse)
The Department
The Membership Services Department plays an essential role in providing co-ordination and administrative support, and amenities to the Club's 29,000 Members and their families.
Job Duties
- Support the overall daily retail shop operation
- Provide excellent product presentation and customer service and drive excellent shop performance
- Ensure the in-store marketing and Members’ engagement activities run smooth
- Responsible for selling, shop display, visual merchandising, inventory and stock management
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Form 6 or above with at least 1 year work experience in Retail or Hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as customer-focused and detailed-oriented
- Proficient PC skills and sound knowledge on Microsoft Office
- Dependable and highly motivated
Working Hours
Operates 7 days a week. Staff are required to work at approximate 2 days per week.
