Job Summary

The job holder plays a crucial role in leading teams throughout all aspects of the systems development lifecycle, including estimation, feasibility, design, construction, maintenance, deployment, and support. This job holder is responsible for ensuring optimal solutions are identified and delivered according to agreed standards, methods, and schedules, while fostering a collaborative culture to enhance problem-solving and engagement within development teams. The job holder also involves constant review and improvement of existing processes to maintain usability and quality, as well as providing technical leadership and mentorship to ensure alignment with business demands.

Major Tasks

  • Lead development teams in the estimation, design, construction, testing, maintenance, support, and installation of complex computer-based solutions.
  • Oversee the translation of business requirements into functional designs that align with architectural standards and roadmaps.
  • Participate in the Application Development management team and contribute to operational and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and processes throughout the development lifecycle.

Education

A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
