Major Tasks

Lead and manage identity and access management (IAM) initiatives to ensure effective user management.
Collaborate with project managers to drive the evaluation, acquisition, and deployment of new IS technologies.
Conduct information security risk assessments and provide technical advisory to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication across departments.
Provide functional expertise to define IAM solutions that meet business needs.
Implement and oversee security training programs to promote awareness within the organization.
Enable dashboards for monitoring security information and incidents in real-time.
Compile and produce reports on security metrics and trends for management review.
Recommend and execute process improvements based on lessons learned from project implementations.
Support technical teams in integrating IAM systems with cloud applications and other technologies.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to enhance security practices and initiatives.

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GIAC, or CEH are preferred.
