Senior Technical Manager, Systems Assurance

Job Summary

The job holder lead the designated test team to ensure the effective planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of all Systems Assurance testing activities in accordance with predefined strategies. This includes comprehensive responsibilities across testing and test automation, such as planning and test coverage, effort estimation, execution, and defects management. The job holder is critical in driving quality assurance processes that enhance system reliability and performance.

Major Tasks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define test plans for all Systems Assurance testing activities for projects.
  • Oversee test project management, including managing test environments, team resources, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance test team to meet project demands and ensure staff capability.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation to enhance manual testing processes.
  • Continuously review and improve testing approaches, methodologies, and test cases for effectiveness and efficiency.

Education

Degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines.
