Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Division - Membership & Customer Excellence (MCE) 有關部門 - 會員及客戶事務處

The Membership and Customer Excellence (MCE) Division is responsible for delivering world-class experiences and deepening engagement across all customer segments. The team oversees operations of clubhouses, racecourses, and Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs), while enhancing member and owner value propositions and promoting interest in horse ownership and equestrian sports. It leads the Club’s customer experience strategy across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency, agility, and excellence. The Division also manages data strategy and governance to build a unified view of customers, enabling more personalised and impactful interactions.

會員及客戶事務處致力為會員及客戶提供世界級的體驗，並加深各客戶群的互動與參與。事務處負責管理會所、馬場及場外投注處的營運，同時提升會員與馬主的價值，並推廣成為馬主及對馬術運動的興趣。事務處亦專注於馬會的顧客體驗策略，涵蓋數碼與實體接觸點，以確保一致、靈活且卓越的體驗，並結合數據策略與管理以建立統一的客戶視野，為會員及客戶提供更個人化、互動的體驗。

The Job 職責內容

• Maintain daily operations by providing excellent cleaning services to keep all functional areas, equipment, and utensils clean, following the cleaning schedules and/or instructions of superiors to meet the Club's standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness through on-the-spot cleaning, handle cleaning equipment to manage the standard clean process, and maintain a reasonable stock of guest amenities.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies, lost items, or other issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain good working relationships with team members and other departments while performing additional duties as assigned, focusing on service excellence and resource efficiency.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Work Location: Beas River Country Club at Sheung Shui
• 依照當值主管所訂定之清潔時間表及／或指示，提供優質清潔服務，以維持日常營運，確保所有工作區域、設備及用具保持清潔，並符合會所標準。
• 透過即時清潔工作維持環境整潔，妥善使用清潔設備以確保標準清潔流程，並保持合理的客用用品存量。
• 即時向主管匯報任何設施維修問題、遺失物品或其他異常情況。
• 與團隊成員及其他部門保持良好工作關係，並在執行額外工作時，著重服務質素及資源效益。
• 執行由主管指派的其他相關職務。
• 工作地點：上水雙魚河鄉村會所

About You 入職要求

• Experience in outdoor cleaning is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• 有戶外清潔經驗優先考慮
• 良好溝通能力
