Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of various facilities within the Club, including car parks and lifts. The job holder involves monitoring the condition of these facilities and promptly reporting any issues that may affect operations. The job holder provides quality service to customers, fostering a courteous and welcoming environment. Additionally, the job holder performs any other related duties as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of all facility users.
Major Tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of facilities.
- Monitor the condition of facilities and report any issues affecting operations.
- Provide quality service to customers, ensuring a courteous environment.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.
Education
Higher Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
