The Division

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

The Job

• Various venue maintenance tasks in the racecourse, including spraying, pesticide application, and fertilizing
• Driving and operating various types of track maintenance machinery

About You

• Form 3 or above
• Experience in golf course/football field/turf maintenance, construction, landscaping, horticulture work, or vehicle repairs, and ability to independently operate small machinery is preferred
• Holder with valid driving license Class 1/2 is preferred        
• Capable to work outdoors for extended periods of time

Working Location & Hour

• Shatin Racecourse 9am-6pm
• 6 days working week, 48 hours per week, working hour is subjected to the operations
