香港賽馬會（「馬會」）成立於1884年，是致力建設更美好社會的世界級賽馬機構。馬會透過其結合賽馬及馬場娛樂、會員會所、有節制體育博彩及獎券，以及慈善及社區貢獻的獨特綜合營運模式，創造經濟及社會價值，並協助香港特區政府打擊非法賭博。

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

工作性質 The Job

• 所有賽馬馬厩提供全方位的馬具支援服務
• 對所有馬具進行維修和保養，以確保資源的安全和有效利用
• 就馬具採購提供建議，以確保品質和成本效率
• 確保所有馬匹都使用合適、合身的設備，以保持良好的馬匹護理
• 視需要改裝和重新植絨馬鞍
• 保持充足的維修物品庫存
• 承擔管理階層指定的任何其他職責

• Provide a full range of saddlery support services to all Racing Stables
• Undertake repair and maintenance of all saddlery items to ensure safety and efficient use of resources
• Advise on the purchase of saddlery items to ensure quality and cost efficiency
• Ensure suitable, well-fitting equipment is used on all horses to maintain excellent horse care
• Refit and re-flock saddles as necessary
• Maintain adequate stock of repair items
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Management

入職要求 About You

• 具備馬具製作之工作經驗者將被視為優勢
• 經驗較少或沒有相關經驗的申請人將被考慮聘任為初級職位
• 具備創造力，善於動手
• 有耐心並且能密切注意細節
• 能夠使用各種工具和設備
• 健康與安全意識
• 具有團隊合作精神，但能夠在沒有監督的情況下獨立工作
• 對馬的解剖結構有深入了解被視為優勢
• 能說流利粵語者優先； 良好的英語理解能力將是一個優勢

• Previous experience in Saddler (Equine related) will be an asset
• Applicant with less or no experience will be considered a role of junior post
• Creativity and be good at working with hands
• Patience and be able to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
• Awareness of health and safety
• Be a team player but able to work alone without supervision
• Good knowledge of the anatomy of horses will be an advantage
• Preferably be a fluent speaker of Cantonese; good understanding of English will be an advantage
