The job holder is responsible for executing smooth food and beverage service in their respective outlets and restaurant operations to ensure that KPIs and business performance of the restaurant are achieved consistently, and that high standards of food, service and health & safety are maintained. He/she is accountable for delivering experiences and touchpoints for a unique customer journey, actively engaging with members during operation hours, and managing a team of people whose priority is excellence and engagement.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Club's dining facilities, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service. The role requires management of the restaurant's staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, as well as coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus that meet the Club's standards and guests' expectations. The manager monitors inventory, controls food and labor costs, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. They also handle customer inquiries and complaints, striving to enhance the dining experience and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager analyzes sales data to understand trends and identify opportunities for business growth. Effective leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a keen understanding of food service operations are essential to excel in this position.
主要職責
- Ensure Food and Beverage operations and provide excellent service for Members and guests.
- Assist the direct superior to manage the compliance of staff with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements and service standards, especially when SOP changes are introduced.
- Train and guide new staff and trainees to maintain service standards, improve performance, and align with the Club's culture.
- Promote facilities and services to Members; collect relevant Food and Beverage comments to pass to the culinary team for follow-up and future menu planning.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing programmes and promotional materials; manage the promotional counter during festive seasons.
- Prepare weekly staff rosters and provide input to your supervisor on recruitment and promotion decisions when appropriate.
- Prepare daily and monthly operating and sales reports for supervisor’s review.
- Assist supervisor in preparing annual budget for property work, operational equipment and manpower.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Form 5 standard, preferably with Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

經歷
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience at similar level in a hotel, private members club or a renowned free-standing venue
- Experience in Chinese/Western Restaurant operation preferred.
- Knowledge of wine is an advantage.
- Fluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
