Administrative Officer (Customer Growth and Experience)

The Department

The Customer Strategy, Insights, and Innovation (CSII) Division is dedicated to cultivating customer-centric capabilities across the Club ecosystem and shaping customer strategies that drive business growth. Through a data-driven approach, the Division strives to achieve a 360-degree understanding and insights of owners, members and wagering customers, enabling the seamless design of end-to-end customer experiences across online and offline channels (Racecourses and Off-course Betting Branches). This is achieved by integrating Clubwide customer data onto a unified platform, creating a single view of our customers that empowers us to deliver personalised offers and unique experiences.

 

The job holder is responsible for support the department administrative functions, hiring of part time recruitment and also budgeting. He or She is required to perform racecourse duty when required especially on major race day.

 

The Job

You will:

  • Perform clerical duties such as rostering, filing, copying, emailing, and responding to telephone calls and messages.
  • Handle budget & expense tracking 
  • Set up and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic records, ensuring timely updates and accessibility.
  • Liaise with external vendors, place orders for marketing marketing materials. 
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including maintaining records related to invoices, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
  • Provide logistical support for events and projects, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Perform race day duty when requested. 
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.

 

About You

You should have:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in marketing or related field
  • High team spirit to work with others; confident, proactive, creative and detailed-minded with strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with different level of colleagues and other department
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High sensitivity in data handling, analytics and presentation
  • Flexibility on perform racedays duty at both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourse or off-course betting branch when required

 

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
